Description
- This "Scrolling Highlight" javascript highlights
text one character at a time. It can display all of the
HTML text markups, however they have to be outside of the
span or written into CSS (Cascading Style Sheets).

- Limitations: Works only in Internet Explorer. Other browser's
show highlighted text without effect.
